Healthy Express set out to modernize a traditionally manual kitchen tool by creating the Electric Tofu Press—a countertop appliance designed to automate and standardize tofu pressing for home cooks. The goal was simple in theory: remove guesswork, reduce prep time, and deliver consistent results at the push of a button.
