Founder & CEO
Ben has over 23 years of experience in senior positions with overseas product manufacturing, global technology companies, and investment banks. He has held Senior Architect, Vice President, Managing Director, and Managing Partner positions with Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC), MasTec (NYSE: MTZ), Foxcode Inc, and Greater Pacific East. After immigrating to North America in 2004 from China, Ben earned his Executive MBA degrees from Cornell University in New York and from Queen’s University in Canada, with an undergrad degree from the University of Science and Technology of China.

As Director of Marketing at a Philadelphia agency for nearly a decade, Scott has developed, supervised and executed comprehensive marketing strategies for dozens of multi-million dollar, publicly traded and privately held companies. Scott brings his experience to Linton Group as a witness to the success of the services offered on behalf of our clients, and to convey that message to the world.
Director, Sales & Marketing
Alex has a decade of experience in B2B sales, account management, direct to consumer marketing, and ecommerce operations. Along with launching two of his own companies, he has held Director of Events, Area Sales Manager, and Chief Operating Officer positions in professional sports, hospitality, and the merchandise industry.
Account Executive
Nick has a background in operations management, international supply chain, autonomous vehicle implementation, and process improvement. Nick has a wide range of industry experience as a marketer for Red Bull and an Operations Supervisor / Innovation Champion (Head of Autonomous Vehicles) for DHL – Mondelez International. Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, in which he was enrolled in the Eberly Business Honors College.
