Overview

PupRing is a direct-to-consumer brand specializing in personalized pet jewelry, including necklaces, rings, and bracelets engraved with consumer submitted pet images and names.

Before working with Linton, their operation relied on bulk blank inventory sourced overseas, with engraving, packaging, and fulfillment handled domestically. This model required significant upfront cash, capped production capacity during peak seasons, and limited product differentiation.

Linton was engaged to redesign the product and operational system from start to finish. This shifted PupRing to a scalable, made-to-order manufacturing model while improving quality, personalization accuracy, and long-term margins.

The Challenge
